& Security Codes

Protect logins, payments, and sensitive actions with one‑time passwords and verification codes delivered in seconds via SMS, email, or push.

When to use OTP ?

Secure Logins

Add a second factor to your login process so users must confirm access with a one‑time code, greatly reducing the risk of stolen passwords being used.

Confirm high‑risk transactions

Ask users to validate sensitive actions such as payments, transfers, or profile changes with an OTP before processing, adding an extra layer of protection.

Reset passwords and recover accounts.

Send OTP codes when users request a password reset or account recovery, so only the legitimate owner can regain access to their profile.

Protect access to portals and documents

Require OTP verification before opening secure areas, portals, or sensitive documents, ensuring that only authorized users can view critical information.

HOW IT WORKS

Your system calls the InfoDelivery API to request an OTP.

When a user needs to verify an action, your application sends a simple API request to InfoDelivery with the user’s contact details and context (login, payment, account change, etc.). The request is logged and processed in real time.

InfoDelivery delivers the code through the selected channel.

InfoDelivery generates a unique, time‑limited code and delivers it via the chosen channel, such as SMS, email, or push notification. Routing rules and retries help ensure the code reaches the user quickly and reliably.

Your system validates the code and records the result.

LThe user enters the OTP in your app or portal, and your system checks it against the expected value and validity period. The validation outcome is stored so you can audit who validated what, and decide whether to approve, block, or escalate the operation.
